The old Universalist church. Later became the town hall. The church and park on the corner were given to the town by Bickford.

Building the Barge Canal. This photo was taken at about just south of the current location of the Macedon Fire Department and Lock 30, facing north/north-east. You can see St. Patrick’s Cemetery at the left (note the evergreens, some of which are still there today, and the gravestones). Quaker Rd and the railroad run across the photo in the background. I believe the bridge in the center of the photo is the Railroad St. bridge (no longer there) over the Barge Canal. This would be just west of the current 350 bridge.

This is the original Hoffman House at the time Dr. Rodenburger lived there. It is now the Bickford Home.
