Donate towards a memorial bench on the Story Brook Trail at The Erie Canal Lock 30 in Macedon.
In loving memory of Carol Elaine Deys, we invite you to hlep us place a memorial bench along the beautiful Story Brook Trail at Lock 30 in Macedon on the Erie Canal.
The Story Brook Trail was thoughtfully conceived and created by Dick and Carol Elaine Deys to complement the Butterfly Trail, a project they both passionately supported. This bench will celebrate Carol Elaine's legacy and continue her work in making our community a more welcoming and inspiring place.
The bench which the town recommends is very durable. The 4' style is about $545. Details on the bench can be found here.
